I’m a huge fan of cheese…of all kind, from the simple taste of our local cheese called “Telemea” to a more pretentious type of french molded cheese.
I found myself in a FoodFair the other days. It was a presentation of local producers, everything looking tasty of course. I couldn’t help myself trying some cheese, it was a special type of aged cheese, almost like a gouda, very salty though. I bought a small part…it looks very natural and soo “eatable” 🙂
